We met 17 years ago when Jill was juggling the demands of a new family whilst working as Managing Director for a global media company in London.  Jess was scaling a coaching business for executives and we worked together as client and coach.

Over the following 15 years, we sought out opportunities to connect and talk about leadership.  Whilst working on the same executive team, we designed a leadership programme to develop the next level of talent in the business, something we both cared strongly about.  Most importantly, we found time to get to know each other, respect each other's expertise and values, and have a great deal of fun along the way.

We share a fascination about people, language and communication. We also value the alchemy of how businesses create sustainable commercial value whilst providing positive employment cultures where people can thrive and grow.

Research suggests the people being appointed into leadership are rarely the best candidates. Gallup reported that companies choose the wrong candidate with the wrong qualities 82% of the time.  We aim to improve the quality of leadership in today's organisations.
