JESS LONG

Jess is passionate about leadership and collaboration. She works with organisations that create sustainable, economic and wider value in their communities and that she can be proud to be associated with.

 

Jess is naturally curious and uses a wide number of resources to be able to tailor interventions to specific situations. When working with teams she likes to remove friction, increase alignment and ensure some fun and happiness for all in the process. She works across very varied sectors so doesn't have industry assumptions and is used to working with people who want to use their time effectively and to work at pace.

 

Jess has a 16-year career in Human Resources and Organisational Development working, leading and learning within some great companies, and an 18-year (and counting) career as a leadership and collaboration consultant.  Along the way she has supported leaders and their teams facing many different challenges, including rapid growth, scale-up, strategic change of direction and change of company ownership.

 

At the centre of her approach is a focus on helping client organisations and the people in them to succeed whilst building truly powerful working relationships and professional friendships for themselves.
